Order & shipping information
After you place an order with Grace and Curves Boutique, you immediately receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.
Orders placed before 11:59 PM ET are processed and shipped the next day. Orders are processed seven days a week, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you automatically receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package via USPS.
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order has shipped.
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Standard USPS shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery delays
Have you not received your order after both the processing time and the estimated delivery time have passed? Please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Still not delivered after that? Email Support@graceandcurvesboutique.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, email Support@graceandcurvesboutique.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible and our Return & Refund Policy applies instead.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Take clear photos of the problem and send them with your order number to Support@graceandcurvesboutique.com. We will arrange a solution as quickly as possible.
