How to return an item
Not completely satisfied with your order? You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including the original packaging.
To register a return, email Support@graceandcurvesboutique.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and the return address.
We recommend packaging your return securely and using a carrier with track & trace.
Return shipping costs
If you return an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is yours and depends on the carrier you choose.
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us before sending it back.

Returns are accepted at the address below. This is a returns address only and not a visiting address. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can register your return.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund is processed within 14 days.
The purchase amount is refunded via the same payment method you used to place your order.

Exchanges
Would you prefer a different item or size? Email Support@graceandcurvesboutique.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason. We are happy to help.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, email Support@graceandcurvesboutique.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed we can no longer cancel it, and the return procedure above applies instead.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Take clear photos of the problem and send them with your order number to Support@graceandcurvesboutique.com. We will arrange a solution as quickly as possible.
